Our workshops incorporate time to work on the wicked problems we’re trying to solve to ensure that the learnings are taken from the workshop space into the real world.

Instead of wondering what to do when you witness harm, this workshop will help you feel prepared to respond in a way that aligns with your values. 

Anti-Oppression Refresh

If it’s been a while or if you’re learning about these issues for the first time, this workshop will lead you through some different concepts about oppression in a supportive environment. This workshop balances concepts of learning and doing. 

Building a Culture of Accountability

Accountability is essential for building welcome and equitable organizations and cultures. This session includes concrete actions that we will start working on during the session.

“Everyone welcome” is not the same as designing your meetings, events, or workplace, with your audience in mind. Your audience should be able to see themselves in the way you plan and promote your workplace, meetings, and events. This session can be tailored to discuss specific recruitment or attendee goals you wish to achieve.
